Don’t miss this transformative annual gathering for leaders in Catholic social ministry and advocacy! Financial assistance is available for leaders from under-represented ethnic, cultural, or disability communities. 

Bishop Barber shares an invitation to save the date for the Diocese of Oakland's Eucharistic Revival weekends in September 2023, as part of the National Eucharistic Revival (2022-2025). Additional details will be shared soon. We pray for a fruitful, faithful and successful conference.

Adult Confirmations will take place at the Cathedral on June 4th & June 5th. Pastors/DREs must register your parish for a spot at one of the designated Confirmation celebrations. Registration deadline: April 25.

Registrations are currently under way for the first level of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. Limited spaces available on a first come first serve basis for this 12 session training Feb. 26, 2022 through Feb. 18, 2023. Details through the link.

Registrations for this year’s Rite of Election are open on the diocesan website with a deadline of March 15. All celebrations will be bilingual.

FFE has issued a COVID-19 Protocol document for FFE related activities at parishes in the Diocese of Oakland. These protocols are effective September 8, 2021. Read more through the link.
