VOIP Office Telephone Systems, Provider Input Requested by St. Columba

St. Columba is in the market for a new VOIP Office Telephone system. (Internet based phones) We are currently with Intermedia via Costco.  Recently they changed software and it has been a disaster trying to get our system to function as it did before the software update.  We are reviewing bids for a new system.
