The State of California mandated anti-harassment training for both supervisory and non-supervisory employees hired before January 1, 2020 should now be completed. Training is every two years, beginning with 2019. Pastors and Principals are responsible for notifying the SE office of new hires for ongoing assignments; new employees must train in anti-harassment with 6 months of hire. The diocesan policy for training in safe environment is retraining every 3 years. Anyone trained on Virtus, with an email address in that system, is notified one month prior to their renewal date, and training is automatically assigned. Instructions to distribute to your constituencies are
