&#034;Full Cup&#034; Grief Ministry

Location: St. Elizabeth Seton

We are including an afternoon session for our grief ministry at CCOP and it is known as "Full Cup".

The group will meet at St. Elizabeth Seton, 4001 Stoneridge Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588 the second and fourth Thursday afternoons from 2 pm to 4 pm the following dates:

January 12 and 26, 2023
February 9 and 23, 2023
March 9 and 23, 2023
April 13 and 27, 2023
May 11 and 25, 2023
June 8 and 22, 2023
July 13 and 27, 2023

The death of a loved one is unlike any other loss. Whether the death was sudden and tragic, or one with warning and preparation, the reality of death leaves most of us in a state of shock, confusion and sadness. Grieving people need time and space to honor their grief and figure out how to keep on living when our loved one is gone. All are welcome, regardless of religious affiliation.
