Friends of Dr. Frank Staggers, Sr. Prostate Cancer Symposium

This inaugural Prostate Cancer Symposium, named in honor of urologist and visionary leader, Dr. Frank Staggers is being held virtually to  1) Increase awareness about prostate cancer and the disparities in survival for African American men; 2) promote early detection and 3) enshrine Dr. Staggers' legacy and raise funds to support development of the Friends of Frank Community Advocacy Training Program. 

Dr. Staggers was the founding chair of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Community Advisory Board and the founding director of the Ethnic Health Institute, now at Samuel Merritt University.  For inquiries email: FriendsofdrFrank@gmail.com.
