Farewell Celebration for Sister Felicia Sarati, JCS

For more than 30 years Sister Felicia served the Diocese of Oakland as Director of the Ethnic Pastoral Centers, we invite you to recognize and appreciate her years of service during all this time. She helps to organize the Pastoral Centers to have Masses in 14 languages every weekend.
