Empower Youth Ministry Training equips youth ministers and adult volunteers in youth ministry with the tools and techniques they need to build a thriving youth ministry in their parish. The goal is simple: to help parishes lead their teens closer to Christ. Empower NorCall offers practical training, team building, and content that is hyper-relevant to today's youth ministry landscape. Let's train as many youth ministers and volunteers in youth ministry as possible, leave no parish behind in supporting the skills it takes to start, build, and sustain a youth program. Empower is for any adult who works in or volunteers for youth ministry in the Diocese of Oakland, and will take place at St. Joan of Arc Parish in San Ramon on Saturday, August 17, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more information contact Mary at [email protected].
