Please use the following form to register Youth (11-17 years old) participants for the Diocesan Eucharistic Revival Congress. Youth attendance is $5.00 per Congress session and youth may participate in both English & Spanish weekend sessions. 

 The online registration deadline for all participants is August 25, 2023.

Only a parent or guardian may fill out this form and the adult's contact information is required for any youth registration(s). All DERC participants will be required to submit a signed photo permission and release document. A parent/guardian must complete the waiver for youth registrants. 

Dates of Congress Sessions:

• Youth Spanish Track:  September 8, 2023, 5:00pm - 11:00pm
• Youth English Track:  Saturday, September 15, 2023, 5:00pm - 11:00pm
