Rev. Lee Weerasak Chompoochan, from Holy Spirit Parish, Fremont, is appointed Parochial

Vicar at Christ the King Parish, Pleasant Hill. Effective July 1, 2020.

Rev. Chompoochan previously served at St. Patrick’s Seminary in Menlo Park in 2003 and was ordained to the preisthood on May 20, 2006. He served with Fr. Larry Young at St. Patrick parish in Pinole before moving to CCOP in Pleasanton. Fr. Lee, whose baptism name is Raphael, serves not only God’s people in the Oakland Diocese, but also the Thai Catholics here in California:  from LA to Sacramento.
