Serra Catechetical Institute

DEC offers Basic Catechist Formation through the Serra Catechetical Institute (SCI), a process of formation for catechists, Catholic school teachers, parents and all adults. SCI satisfies the formation requirement for the Diocese of Oakland's California Catechist Certificate.
